K what!??? Lucy Hale had to apologize for what!?? Seriously nearly everyone of my clients call them baby hairs. It's not offensive. Babies are synonymous with being tiny or small. So these tiny little hairs are often labeled baby hairs!! Even I've said!! Generally the term is actually used to describe the regrowth that happens after a pregnancy/breastfeeding. But lots of women who haven't had kids have the dreaded "baby hairs". Get the BEEP over it people!!!
